Founded in 2021, SynergyEd Micro-School, LLC is providing quality education for students in elementary, middle and high school. Angie, the main teacher, has 35 years of teaching and administration experience. Her passion and experience brings life to education for students. Our school is reminiscent of a one room school house model.
We are a small, in-home micro-school. Students get a more personalized education working in a group of ten or fewer students. There are different schedules for different Grade Levels.
7th-12th Grade
Students come Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm.
All work is done at school, there is no homework.
This option includes all books and supplies.
3rd-6th Grade
Students come Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm.
All work is done at school, there is no homework.
This option includes all books and supplies.
K-2nd Grade

Parents are responsible for purchasing some of the curriculum and doing teacher assigned work on days students are at home.
We believe that education should be engaging, hands-on and tailored to the students using it. Our curriculum utilizes manipulatives, projects, games, songs, and simulations. We cover Bible, math, language arts, Greek, science, and history on a daily basis. Students enjoy getting to be creative and hands-on as they learn!
Although our school meets in a home, it has a designated space for the school. We have a small library and plenty of space to spread out and work within groups. Our students each get a Chromebook to use during school hours and all supplies necessary for school are provided. We often utilize a large interactive smartboard, individual whiteboards, art supplies, microscopes, and many other resources. We also have plenty of outdoor space and students spend time outside everyday. We utilize the kitchen not only for eating lunch, but also for science experiments and cooking lessons.
We strive to make a good education affordable for families. Annual tuition for the 2025-26 school year is $5,000 -$5,500 for 4-day week students and $2,500 for 2-day week students.
We offer discounts for siblings and pay-in-full options.
Our mission is to offer a good education, in a safe God-centered environment, at a family friendly rate. 80% of your tuition goes towards curriculum, supplies, materials and books for the students.
We enjoy several field trips throughout the school year. The St. Louis Symphony is an annual event for us. We have also visited the History Museum, the Chocolate Factory, Botanical Gardens and other places that directly relate to what we are learning about in school. We host an annual Christmas party and end of the year outing. For all these events we invite parents, siblings and other homeschool friends to join us.
At the center of all we do, is our desire to glorify God in our daily lives. We begin each day with Bible time. We not only learn basics like what are the books of the Bible, but we read from it together, discuss the character of God and our need for Him and our need to be more like Him. We have weekly memory verses to help us hide God's word in our hearts and endeavor to put into practice what we are learning and reading.
